ARE YOUR COURSES THROUGH THE AMERICAN RED CROSS?
Yes! All our courses are based on the American Red Cross Curriculum and Guidelines. Our BLS for Healthcare Providers class is through the American Red Cross. The CPR, AED, First Aid, and Blood-borne Pathogens courses are based on the ARC Curriculum and Guidelines as well.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE CLASS?
You can register on-line 24 hours a day at our Classes Page, or you may pay by credit or debit card (with up to 3% processing fee) over the phone. If you would like to pay by money order or company check, please call ahead of time so someone can further assist you with that form of payment. Sorry, we don’t accept personal checks or cash.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
The class involves hands-on skills practice so its best if you dress comfortably so you can move around with ease. Also, if you have long hair its best to wear it pulled back.
HOW LONG ARE THE CERTIFICATIONS VALID?
All of our certifications (CPR, FIRST AID, AED, BLS, and PEDIATRIC FIRST AID CPR AND AED) are valid for 2 years. Except our Bloodborne Pathogens certification is valid for only 1 year.
DO YOU OFFER REVIEW COURSES?
Yes! Review Course students/participants need to show current certification. The certification can be from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Health & Safety Institute. (Price varies from full price classes)
WHAT IF I NEED A REFRESHER COURSE BEFORE MY CARD EXPIRES?
All students that have been certified with LifeSavers Plus LLC can sit in on 5 scheduled classes as they would like during their 2-year certification period. If the class is not filled, they are more than welcome to attend. To schedule, a “Refresher” contact us at 317-758-7126.

HOW LARGE OF A GROUP CAN YOU TEACH? DO YOU OFFER CLASSES OUTSIDE OF MARION COUNTY?
We can accommodate 12 students per class. However, if you have a group larger than 12 we can split the class size for another time and day. We offer CPR classes in Marion County, but travel to surrounding counties (Hendricks, Hancock, Hamilton, Johnson, and Shelby but not limited to these areas.) **Note: We do charge traveling fees to counties outside of Marion County.** Call for details!
WILL I HAVE TO SHARE A MANIKIN WITH SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes! Every LifeSavers Plus LLC student receives a manikin to partner with someone in the class. It’s a 2:1 ratio, this gives you more of a realistic scenario in case of an emergency! **Note : Manikin will be sanitized between each use in class**
I TOOK A CLASS BUT LOST MY CARD. WHAT DO I DO?
Call us Immediately and we will send you a new card. The cost for a replacement card for CPR, First Aid, AED or BLS is $25.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATION CARD?
You will receive your certification card 48-72 hours after the class via email. However, some students have received their certifications within 24 hours of taking the class! ** NOTE: You can call us if you have any issues receiving your card. **
DO YOU OFFER SAFETY TRAINING COURSES IN ANY OTHER LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH?
Unfortunately, we offer classes in English only. Please check back periodically as things will change as the business grow.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE ON SHORT NOTICE?
If someone is available we can accommodate your schedule for a class.
ARE THERE CANCELLATION FEES?
Please call within 72 hours of your class date to avoid cancellation fees. After 72 hours of your class date, the payment is non-refundable and the class cannot be rescheduled.
